Mona Nabhani is an Associate Professor of Education and the Chair of the Department of Education at the Lebanese American University in Lebanon. She has been involved in teacher training (K to 12 as well as university teachers) locally, regionally and internationally for more than 20 years. She has presented at regional and international conferences and published in international referred journals. Her main research interests are in the field of education management and leadership and continuing professional development for school principals and teachers. She is currently participating as a program designer and trainer for a project by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education funded by the World Bank and organized by the British Council, Beirut: training a cohort of 300 public school principals on assessing their schools and preparing improvement plans.
